We regret that we are not able to offer refund or replacement free of charge 30 days after your purchase.
However, all Simpli Comfy airbeds come with One (1) Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty Against Manufacturer Defect (“The Warranty”). The Warranty period for Simpli Comfy product is one year from the date of purchase. Please see definition in The Warranty.
The Warranty
Simpli Comfy airbeds come with One (1) Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty Against Manufacturer Defect (“The Warranty”), which means that this is a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The Warranty period for Simpli Comfy product is one year from the date of purchase. If the product demonstrates any defects in material or workmanship within one year from the date of purchase, Simpli Comfy will at its sole discretion to replace the product free of charge. Please note that The Warranty period is not extended after a replacement is provided.
The Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is non- transferable. Simpli Comfy is not able to offer One (1) Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty Against Manufacturer Defect or extend The Warranty if your product was bought as used, or purchased through an Simpli Comfy unauthorized retailer, channel, or unverifiable orders.
Please note that One (1) Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty Against Manufacturer Defect does not cover any damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear of the product. The Warranty does not warrant when the product has been tampered with, modified, or repaired by any unauthorized party.
One (1) Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty Against Manufacturer Defect does not cover any condition or damage due to:
- The Warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase
- bought as used
- a refund or a replacement has been previously provided
- unauthorized retailer, channel or unverifiable orders
- incorrect use
- shipping/transportation
- storage
- failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance
- product/material modifications
- normal wear and tear
- unapproved/unauthorized repair
- external causes such as accidents, abuse, or
- other events beyond reasonable control
If our valued customer still wishes to request for a replacement when it is not covered by One (1) Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty Against Manufacturer Defect, shipping, shipping fee or additional charges will be responsible by the customer.

Simpli Comfy reserves the right to adjust the availability or condition of the One (1) Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty Against Manufacturer Defect. Any changes will not be backdated.
