1. How long will it take for my mattress to ship?

Our items would ship the next business day if the order entered before 12 AM. Once your order is received and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation.

2. How do I provide proof of purchase?

Please have your sales receipt that came with the purchase of the bed. Also, we suggest you also keep your manual and use it as a reference when communicating with customer service.

3. How do you inflate an airbed with a built-in pump?

All you have to plug it into an outlet and turn on the switch to pump the airbed up. Simple and, once inflated, very Comfy!

Once the bed has inflated, place the dial on "Stop."

PLEASE NOTE: It will make a higher-pitched sound when fully inflated.

4. How long does it take to inflate an airbed?

Depending on the size of the bed, your bed will inflate between 3-5 minutes. 

5. What is the weight limit for SimpliComfy Beds?

Our built-in raised Queen size air beds with built-in pumps support a weight capacity of 500 lbs.

Our built-in raised Twin size air beds with built-in pumps support a weight capacity of 250 lbs.

Our camping beds with a handheld air pump support a weight capacity of 500 lbs.

6. If my airbed leaks, how can I find it and patch it?

The first step is to make sure that the airbed is leaking. Stretching the vinyl is a natural characteristic of an airbed. Our Constant Comfort air pump ensures this is never an issue.

However, for our air beds that come with a built-in AC Pump or manual hand pump, we suggest the following:

  • To check the mattress for leaks, first, make sure the valves are secure and replace it if necessary.
  • Next, check the seams. You can put liquid soap and water in a squirt bottle and spray on seams. If there is a leak, it will bubble. If the leak is located in a seam area, please contact customer service at service@simplicomfy.com and send us an image of the leak.
  • Once you find the leak, clean and dry the area, remove the flocking with fine sandpaper, then apply the repair patch that comes with your airbed.

7. Does SimpliComfy come with a Warranty?

All Simplicomfy Airbeds comes with a One (1) Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty against manufacture defect with proof of purchase, and the returned product condition will be analyzed by our comfort expert. If our valued customer still wishes to return the product after one year of use when it is returned used, damaged, defective, or is materially different, shipping fee may be applied.
